Accounts Receivable

- Review AP invoices to ensure payment and coding accuracy
Accounts Payable
Our Finance team works closely with each facility and each vendor to ensure an efficient and accurate approval process, timely payments for all critical expenditures, and proper communication for any vendor collection concerns. Services provided can include the following or more:
- Review, record, and code all bank and credit card transactions
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure payments are up to date
- Credit card reconciliation
- Assist with monthly reports and month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Receive and respond to any communication with vendors
- Respond to any of the payment and vendor related queries
