Our service model is a shared structure in order to cross train, motivate and retain our employees so our clients receive the best service with the maximum results. As well, this ensures coverage for our clients no matter if an employee is sick, on vacation or no longer with the company. How is this service different from the automated scheduling software on the market?

There are a lot of automated schedulers on the market. Using this software still requires someone to own the setup and ongoing management. Further, hiring managers and interviewers must keep their calendars completely up to date as their schedule changes, which is a struggle for many and a bad experience for the applicant if calendars are not up to date and interviews need to be rescheduled. Most importantly, in a very competitive applicant market, scheduling software provides a very low touch and non-personalized experience for the applicant.

A 2020 study found the average age of nurses in the US is 48-50, with nearly half of all nurses over 50. Having a person make contact to qualify and schedule an interview will help you stand out from competitors, remove applicant frustration with technology and overall provide a better, more personalized applicant experience. This will increase the engagement with applicants and enhance the chances they are interested in your job opening instead of a competitor. Why can’t we just do this ourselves?
