Problem
- Job boards like ZipRecruiter and Indeed are constantly updating their algorithms without notice. These issues cause job ads to no longer be visible, or be visible with incorrect information, which stops applicants from coming in
- There is no way to know a job is not published or correctly published on a job board unless someone manually checks ongoing
- Troubleshooting and submitting issues to Apploi with full details, as well as staying on top of them until resolution often takes days and sometimes weeks
Solution
- Job Board Oversight (JBO)
- Either once or twice a week, our Job Board Analysts will assess the following for all active jobs in Apploi at that time for all facilities under RPO:
- Is the job showing up properly on Indeed, ZipRecruiter and the client’s website(s)?
- Does the job show up on pages 1-3 on Indeed and ZipRecruiter?
Remediation
If any position is not showing up on the website, Indeed or ZipRecruiter, or does not show up on pages 1, 2 or 3 on Indeed or ZipRecruiter, our team will troubleshoot and remediate.
If we determine that Indeed or ZipRecruiter needs to be involved we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
If we determine that Apploi needs to be contacted we will do so, with details, and stay on it until resolved.

Application quantities will not dip due to unknown issues that are not found potentially for weeks.
Frequency
This review is done for all facilities and can either be once or twice a week.
Pricing
Flat rate per month based upon the number of facilities and frequency of the review.
